The belief that everyone deserves freedom is what drives me forward in my work. Freedom, to me, is the ability to do what we want, when we want, with who we want, for as long as we want.

My mission is to help young working professionals to attain financial independence and have the option to retire at least 10-15 years earlier in a simple, effective and proven way.

Value

I’m currently managing more than $3 million investment portfolio for clients and our company has more than $2 billion assets under advisory. I also help to compare endowment and insurance products from over 20 companies in Singapore to find the most suitable solutions for my clients. Through the proven systems that I have set up for them, they are able to effortlessly save for their goals, which include housing, marriage, and retirement.

Story

My interest in personal finance first took shape in my years in Singapore Polytechnic. It was only when I was in National Service that I realised that I could share my passion and knowledge in personal finance to help others fulfil their goals as well. It was then that I had my first taste of true fulfilment – through consistency and the use of systems, I managed to help my buddy achieve his savings goal with ease. My passion in personal finance and the fulfilment I get in helping others propelled me forward into pursuing this work professionally by entering the wealth management industry in 2018 while I was studying in Singapore Management University.

Every person I meet has a different story to tell, has a different perspective on life and money, has different pearls of wisdom to share. Learning from the life experiences of each unique individual and supporting them in their financial journey to achieve their goals – that is what I find most exciting and humbling about my work.

As much as being detailed is important to me in my work, I enjoy going off the beaten track when I’m travelling and appreciating the wonders of the world. When I’m in between travels, you can also find me sweating it out in badminton courts or going on adventures with my dog Maple.
